He's acting like a complete narcissist he's not letting me talk. He has some guy named Simon called me and asked me to make an invoice. For a.WINGROUP I asked him that I need a business card in a physical address from this group. Because he was the one who hired me and I need to make invoice out to his name or the company that he's working for. He's asking me now for my Social Security number and my business address which I'm happy to provide when he provides me with this information. Out of trust, I didn't ask for a deposit. I don't know if he's used to doing this hiring people and they're not paying.

After several weeks with this agent, I realized that they lacked ambition and seemed to have a difficult time listening to my needs, so I fired them. I took to the internet to find a Realtor that has a web presence, experience, confidence and was professional. I chose 3 Realtors and decided I would use the first one that responded to my call. The first two Realtors that I called didn't answer their phones or even call back after the first day. When I called Skip, he answered his phone right away. I met with Skip and he was showing homes the very next day. He was very insightful and gave lots of good feedback about the area, price range, conditions and construction standards. He worked hard and found the dream home within 2 days. Skip gave all the relevant and current sales information to help determine an offering price. He negotiated diligently and based on his hard work, I purchased our home below market price and significantly below asking price. If you are considering a home purchase, I would highly recommend Skip. He gave me the tools and confidence needed to get the deal done with limited issues. (He even recommended a better lender and we saved a 1/4% interest) If you are going to sell your house, you will want Skip working for you, otherwise he might be representing the buyer and work against you. Trust us.... He is that good!

He gave us excellent recommendations to improve our home's marketability, and with his guidance, we found a buyer the first weekend our home was listed. He even was able to help the buyer's agent understand the inspection and assist when the buyer's mortgage was going to be delayed. He made solid recommendations as to inspectors, loan officers, and title companies. When it came time to buy our new house, David was patient and helpful each step of the way. His extensive experience with construction and remodeling really paid off - he was able to point out areas that were concerns and not concerns during tours of potential homes and our inspection. He is also not afraid to negotiate and zealously advocated for the best deal for our family. David personally is a funny, down to earth guy who is quick to respond and clear in his communication. Even after our closing and move in, he has stopped by to check on our house and answer questions. Our first home buying experience was a nightmare, but with David, it was anything but. I would highly recommend him.
