He didn't take pictures of at least 1/3 of the guests at the wedding (several of the tables were missed). He had discouraged me from taking table photos and, while not guaranteeing that everyone would be captured, had implied that at least most of the people would be in pictures. 2/3 is technically most, but that's awful. Why not get a few large pictures of different angles of the room? Even a glimpse of someone is better than no proof at all that they attended. He didn't even get some of the key people that I expressly said to be sure to capture. And honestly, the pictures he did take were not as good as those in his samples. I am not a confrontational person, but when we spoke on the phone, I could not get through to him in any way. It makes me so upset to this day. Good thing I had hired a videographer separately - the videographer was excellent, and all other elements of my wedding were everything I hoped for a more (thankfully). Don't be fooled by Seth's friendly demeanor. Photos are a very important part of a wedding, and he is neither talented nor trustworthy.

Can't say enough about John at Tech Photo. We thought our large, priceless family portrait photo…read morewas ruined from chemical spray, scratches and fading over the past 40 years. I found Tech Photo old school, in local yellow pages. Made an appointment and he explained everything in detail what he would do to try to bring back as much of the original as possible. He showed me samples of his recent work and I was duly impressed with the before and after. So I left him with our portrait and went on vacation. I came back in about 10 days later to see the results. We saw colors that we had forgotten. Horrible chemical smears across faces from polish spray (photo was not under glass when "glass" was sprayed to be cleaned!) completely restored as if just taken. Picture was reprinted on much higher quality archival type photo paper, not likely to fade for at least 50 years. I highly recommend John at Tech Photo to anyone who needs to restore or touch up precious photos. He does a lot of commercial work too, with up to 6 foot tall by almost unlimited width canvases also.
