In my experience, Ms.Dain acted with extreme negligence handleing my case (where my precious little girl has/had severe loss) and she claims that she actually did work in my divorce/custody case. Rather, she asked ME to get records and reports (so I would save $$), but I saw no change in payment requests and definitely nothing in even simple responses to regular and common things like...itemized bills and requesting same documents from opposing party like they requested of me. She consistently acted in a juvenile and sometimes aggressive ways when questioned or def when pertaining to something she was not interested in discussing/doing. I recently went through my old emails and found a response from Ms.Dain in about refund promised to me and my family once let go. In email, She claims that it is my fault for her incompetence, the PROMISED refund is not going to occur, and that I no longer needed to have contact with her at all. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would such a ripoff!!
