Tommy is the antithesis of the proverbial "ambulance chaser." If you're not happy, he's not happy. I have worked with attorneys for over 35 years and have never met a kinder, more caring lawyer. I was referred to the Finkel Law Firm, specifically Dylan Glick by the SC Lawyer Referral Service…read more I was scheduled with an appointment for 10/3/24 @ 9am which was a 3 week wait. I called at 9:05 am since no one had contacted me. I was told I was Mr. Glick was tied up on another call, then I was told Mr. Glick does not have me on his schedule. I was put on hold yet again and another person came on telling me my appointment was at 2pm and she never schedules consults for early morning! I'm not really certain why I was treated this way; however, it's absolutely unacceptable. Perhaps because I was referred by the SC Lawyer Referral Service and they discount their fee for the initial consultation. I did reach back out to the SC Lawyer Referral Service to file a complaint and also to find a different attorney for my specific need!

I have never written a review for any business, but felt compelled to write one for the Dessausure…read moreLaw firm because they completely surpassed my expectations. Unfortunately, I have had three vehicle incidents where I had to hire an Attorney. My experience with this firm was the most professional and the outcome was a huge surprise. In fact, I hired Dessausure to represent me because I was receiving unsatisfactory representation from another law firm. I was new to Columbia and out of desperation I actually picked Dessausure out of a yellow pages type publication because I liked the name (true story). After receiving my initial settlement imagine my surprise when Drena contacted me months later to advise they had collected additional funds on my behalf from an additional source. I am glad I did not see the review here portraying Drena in such a bad light because my experience was the total opposite. In fact I found her to be quite competent and personable. In fact, I found the whole staff to be professional. Starting with my first conversation with Jeremy which is what made me feel like I was in the right place. He made my transition from the other firm painless. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't recommend this firm due to an incompetent young lady by the name of Dreena. She is rude…read moreand doesn't check by with her clients and further more doesn't do her job. If i am paying an attorney to service my needs 33 1/3% i need them all to be met with compassion and understanding. This is not to say the Attorney himself is incompetent i am sure he isn't , i haven't had the pleasure of meeting him. This review is based upon this young woman's attitude and lack of compassion. Dreena will not follow up and my daughter had to get my own doctors information because she had other things to do. My daughter waited months on end to hear from her and when she did it's because my daughter called her. If she cant handle the pressures of her job she should seek other employment. This not only reflects on her but most importantly the Law Firm itself. Unfortunately i will not be recommending them and i was referred. Attorney Dessausure if you do read your reviews please believe me when i say this young lady isn't very friendly or compassionate.
