Shelby at Collins is really an important contribution to your business from my perspective…read more She was the first technician (?) to tell me to concentrate on my breathing during the test for pressure in eye. Actually minor but per the test and ease of test as patient brilliant. Also she has exceptional interpersonal skills to make examination pleasant. People like her in your organization are very important and sometimes there contributions may go unnoticed. Everyone at your clinic is great! But Shelby was notably so. She earns every penny you pay her. Forgot her last name but in case there is 2 Shelbys she is the 5ft 11in one. But overall your whole organization is top of the line. Joe Hebert Patient.

I've (unfortunately) had to avail myself of Dr DuPay's expertise. I had a frozen left shoulder…read morewhich he fixed for me with minimal pain. During my first week or so of recovery, I had a supply of pain medication delivered via a tiny wire inserted into my shoulder. A steady supply of pain medication was provided and aided immensely in my therapy endured immediately after surgery. As a result of this pain-free method, I was able to tolerate physical therapy without suffering. The outcome was fantastic. I've had deep tissue massage on the shoulder ever since surgery to maintain full movement. This may not be required for everyone, but I've found it to be helpful. Don't hesitate to have your shoulder woes seen to by Dr Dupay. He's truly empathetic and his staff is more than accommodating. Addendum: I read a review where someone kvetched about Dr DuPay discussing politics. I have been to see him many times due to a total knee replacement and never once was politics an issue. Dr DuPay and his staff have always been highly professional. I would not trust my knees to anyone else.

My friend hadn't mentioned politics, but still had to hear an earful of the doctor's opinions, including complaints that he wasn't making enough money. Unprofessional, unethical. Absolutely positively phenomenal .the staff is wonderful right from the beginning with Krista and Stacy at the front desk to the dental tech Michelle and so forth. My only complaint is the hours they are open have diminished over the years. They are only open now from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through thursday. Nothing on friday. That is quite unfortunate for working people particularly. I am now retired but I bring my great niece there who is in school. So I have to take her out of school for her to be seen.
