Once he started, we were stood up multiple times and had to hound him to reply and show up. He talked a good game, but did not deliver. Mr. Woods was hired to demolish an old garage and pour a square slab. We were left with an out-of-square, wrong size, poorly poured slab that we had to repair ourselves. It was so far off our building couldn't be installed and we had to cut a portion off and pour more on another side. Such a stressful and frustrating experience.
