There are different types of real estate agents out there. There are the ones who come knocking on your door (at their convenience, not yours). The ones who leave things on your doorstep: salt (really?!), sports calendars, bags of popcorn. David was a huge help when we had to go through the process of evicting rental tenants and selling my grandmother's house. He wasn't handling the landlord and eviction process, but he did have some advice for us based on his experience And because we had talked to him prior to completing the eviction, he was not only patient, thankfully, but he had also completed research and done some work ahead of time.
