My wife and I were looking to buy a rental property from out of state and Tiffany was prompt in getting back to me (always a great first start), we chatted with a couple agents but Tiff was easy to talk to and had a few strategies we liked out of the gate. We narrowed in on a budget, cities, and showing strategy (we bought sight unseen due to how competitive it is right now so coming to view each property didnt make sense) so virtual tours were key. We put trust in her to look at the house, point out any red flags and give offer advise. She even talked us away from one house we wanted to offer on which is good in my opinion, that's why you hire someone with industry experience, so we really appreciated that it wasn't just ablut closing a deal. We had specific requirements so after looking for about a month, she ended up finding us a beautiful house in Tempe before it hit the market and negotiated with the seller to work out a deal. We 100% would not have got that house if it wasn't for her and may still be looking today. We're very happy, and finally met her in person on inspection day.
