One of the machines were not properly labeled and I was hit very hard in the head, once talking to the staff I was told no one else has made this mistake and putting the signs on the leather isn't aloud. I'm 5,11 and the sign was above my head, the one lady at the front always on her phone was dismissive of all my suggestions to prevent this happening to anyone else. Just before leaving this same rude staff member told me I had a complaint against me and I should put the plates away after using them. I'll admit this day I may have done this with the rowing machine, but I always put the dumbbells away the medicine ball and the mats. I went home not feeling well and a little annoyed about the way I was treated. The next day the machine is fixed and today I'm being very careful not to forget to put the plates I used back where they came from. I put my hand on the rowing machine and then decide to do some dumbbells, I'm later told to take my headphones off, a male staff member tells me, hey when you're done with the machines put the plates back. I said sir I have no idea what you are talking about. He answered mate, we just watched you on the camera. I said this is incorrect please go check again. I had not been on the rowing machine. I tried to continue my workout, but I was angry. I went down to reception and I hear he did I'm sure he did, I came around the corner silent. I said well did I go on the machine annoyed, but polite still, the guy said yeah did he use the machine..... I waited maybe 30 seconds and said hey what's your problem with me, me believing this is this staff members grudge against me. The guy said hey hey, don't abuse the staff, I felt I didn't do this and felt bad and walked away. I later had to return to ring the bell and to be greeted by the staff member, so I said sorry for saying that to you, but could I talk with the boss. The boss came out and said I'm glad I apologized because this is a ban able offense, also kept saying he understands, I'm not sure he knew anything or checks the cameras. I felt mistreated and uncomfortable, no one checked the camera and I didn't get an apology for the acusing me and the staff member was wrong. I still have 3 weeks left of this month, but I won't go back I can't enjoy my workout there anymore. i also asked to give the remaining 3 weeks to my friend. This isn't aloud, well you beat me well done. Keep the Then the owner says I am lucky I got out of there, threatening me. I did not harassing anyone. I was being bothered and attacked.
