It seems many doctors these days do physical exams by sitting next to you with a computer and enter information into the computer as you answer their questions. But they never touch you. They don't listen to your heart, feel your organs or anything of the sort. My experience with Dr. Kramer was the opposite of this. He was all over me the way I remember doctors doing it when I was younger. He was very clear about what he was doing and asked me all about my and my family's medical history. It was a very thorough exam, and I feel like I'm in good hands with Dr. Kramer as my primary care physician.

I just finished my second treatment and the results are beyond my expectations. Dr Phoenix has a lovely bedside manor, is thoroughly knowledgable, and has a deft touch. We had to cauterize my GSV which sounded terrifying, but was actually an absolute nuthin' burger. No pain, no anesthesia, almost no down time. Just amazing results. I was back to working out in a couple of days and my leg finally after years didn't feel heavy nor ache! Now I am working with Jen who does the sclerotherapy for the spider veins (strictly cosmetic but equally bothersome) and after one session they were about 75% gone. She is meticulous, friendly and precise. I am thrilled! Everyone in the office and supporting staff are wonderful and warm (Megan, Sam) and couldn't make you feel more comfortable. The office itself is clean and comfortable with ample parking. I am beyond happy with my experience and highly recommend this team to anyone wanting to take care of any vein issues. Since then, errors have been made on my long term medications, but worst of all, their phone system only works 50% of the time. If you do get through, there is no option to speak to anybody. They have acknowledged their phone system is wonky but it's been a year and it hasn't been fixed. I'd hate to give up the people who know me and who have cared for me for twenty years but this is becoming untenable. If a medical practice won't answer phones I'm not sure what use they can be to patients. They have a messaging system but they require three working days for a response. Please, whoever is in charge, fix this. This is not a people problem, it's a reaching people problem. Rich, Dr. Reyna and the staff are amazing and helpful.
