There is ample parking there, the check-in process was quick and efficient and the front desk team was very friendly. I had little to no wait to be seen. I was initially evaluated by a student who was thorough in her exam and questions. I was later seen by Dr. Morgan Marshall Murphy. Both of them were very professional and helpful as well as thoughtful in their questions and comments. I was prescribed medicine and sent home with detailed instructions. Overall the experience was a very good one. I will need my annual eye exam next year for contacts etc and i will return to Hermann & Henry.

For once a medical appointment that I don't have to deal with during working hours!! I have to say, the minute we started going to this business, it was like a breath of fresh air. No pressure from Dr. Hartig on wanting me to purchase bifocals or progressives (although I know they would be beneficial but I've been refusing to commit). He simply tells me he fully supports my decision, regardless. He is always so kind and personable, and gives me sound advice along with some interesting educational trivia about my eyeballs. The prices here are also so much better than our old optometrist. There are perks at this location that I am told are included in our insurance, but at our old spot they were charging us extra. The selection in eyeglasses is quite grand as well. The staff are very helpful (and honest when giving their opinions on frames, which is much appreciated). We have no plans to go anywhere else for our vision needs!

Something they had in their computer. My most recent pair of glasses are less than a year old. They wanted to charge me $15 to just print it off for me. The office manager was rude. Patient loyalty obviously means nothing. I could understand if I wasn't a patient or it had been several years since I had gotten glasses. They have lost my family's business.

I called to see if he was accepting new patients and if so when I could get in. They scheduled me for the first available appointment that they had but was still almost 2 weeks out, but I understood. The next day, Dr. Lehman calls me, himself, and asked me about my headaches and said why don't we get you in on an emergency visit and I got in later that day. He gave me a extensive exam and not only told me that I was in need of glasses, he proved it to me by showing me what things would look like with corrective lens. This place completely impressed me.
