They had us in a room within 15 minutes and there was two people in front of me in line. We had X-rays and all the tests done in less than an hour. The two younger guys working were so kind and nice to my little girl who was not feeling good at all. It was overall a great experience. They had her antibiotics and xray sent off immediately and I was able to pick up right as I left. They called me with her xray results before the end of the day. I was immediately at ease after the nurse brought us back. She was so kind to both of us. I was so impressed with how the whole team handled things, very clearly experienced with children his age. After taking his liquid sedative, they allowed my son to choose a toy which he got to keep. He played with that as thd medicine set in, and we finished paperwork. I got to meet every member of the team working on my son. I was especially happy to know they had an anesthesiologist who regularly works with peduatric patients (something I've feared would be difficult to find in this area). I waited in the lobby during the procedure, and I was notified when the procedure had begun, and how things went to start. The dentist (Dr. Hagele) came out when thd procedure ended to update me and say it went well. Finally, thd nurses came to get me so I'd be there when my son woke up. They wheeled us put on a wheel chair so I could hold him on the way to the car, and even provided a certificate acknowledging his missing teeth from the Tooth Fairy. My son has absolutely ZERO memory of me leaving the room, or even having a procedure. He thinks the medicine the gave him before I left magically made his bad teeth go away and gave him crowns! He even asked if we can go back to this dentist instead of our regular dentist who referred us! I'm so impressed with our experience here. I couldn't recommend it more!

There's not usually much of a wait. And the doctor herself is the perfect blend of competence and caring. Unlike so many medical professionals (who, granted, are severely overworked), she takes plenty of time to discuss absolutely everything health-related with you; asking all pertinent questions and carefully explaining what you need to know. I feel so fortunate to have found her, and am extremely glad I didn't just settle for the group I had previously been with. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
