Dave is an amazing mortgage guy! I had a very volatile situation with purchasing a new home. I was still settling my divorce, and paying off a lot of debt; in other words, my finances were a disaster. But, Dave was very calm and reassuring throughout the whole process of getting a loan. And, it was easy too. You provide a lot of information right online, so it happens quickly and easily. If I had a question about the online application process, Dave was very quick to get back to me, and was very effective communicating what I needed to know in simple terms which made if very clear what I needed to do. As I mentioned before, my financial situation was not good. But, every time I seemed to become very anxious about my situation, I would call him about yet another change in my finances, and Dave was able to calm me down and make me feel like everything would be fine. And it was! My loan changed about 3 times within a week of me closing, and every time Dave made me feel like it was no big deal and that it would all wok out somehow. And, of course it did! Dave is a true professional and really takes care of his clients. I am sure he was helping many clients at the same time he was helping me, but he made me feel like I was his only client. I highly recommend Dave to anyone no matter what your situation is. My situation was very unique, but Dave handled it as if it was routine.
