Lots of activity at this two story Atrium Center in Davie along Universiry Drive. The businesses…read moreare set deep at the west side of the parking lot so you have to really know what youre looking for. I come here for the coffee and Colombian food at Americas Bakery. The Quest Diagnostics is very busy in the mornings. The Atrium consists of covered "Atrium" and outside patio businesses. All the businesses have different hours of operation as well. Although I have only visited two businesses here, I visit one almost every week. There are many skincare and spa like businesses hidden inside. On the outside, you will find a Mediator, a school, dentist, Le Chic-nails and facials, Quest Diagnostics, a pharmacy, Bangkok Cafe, Mane Changes Salon, a chiropractor, and BC Cafe. The plaza is more busy during the day and I have only seen Bangkok Cafe open at night and BC Cafe two nights a week. I wish there was a restaurant and/or bar open late on the weekdays, only because we live close and it would be nice to walk. Oh and the "security" guard is a little off so I would avoid him if you see him. He only works at night and is on his phone a lot. We were leaving BC Cafe one night and he was screaming at someone on the phone repeating the same thing over and over. We left really quickly that night.

I am sharing my experience to warn others. After paying this firm over $11,000 (with total fees…read moreexceeding $19,000), I was left unprepared for trial and professionally abandoned at the most critical moment of my case. Key Issues: * Financial Coercion: Weeks before trial, after being told I had a credit, the firm suddenly claimed I was "upside down" and demanded thousands within three days. When I questioned it, they immediately moved to withdraw, leaving me no time to secure new counsel. * Admitted Lack of Motivation: On record, the firm admitted they had "no motivation" to settle because the judge denied their withdrawal request. * Misrepresentation to the Court: They falsely claimed I consented to withdrawal and couldn't pay, when I had explicitly stated otherwise. * Failure to Prepare: The firm didn't subpoena records, allow me to present witnesses, or let me review filings. They even advised accepting a settlement based on inaccurate income. * Billing Concerns: Unauthorized rate increases, charges for clerical/admin work, and billing for internal decisions like withdrawal. I also have a receipt for an invoice missing from their ledger. Bottom Line: Communication was often ignored until it was time to collect fees. Advice shifted based on my questioning of charges. If you want proactive advocacy and transparent billing, look elsewhere. I have filed a formal grievance with the Florida Bar to address these failures.
