Then I found Dr. Margie Amos. I left my appointment feeling like I could cry again, but this time they were tears of happiness. I finally had answers and was met with a doctor who was patient, attentive, and never rushed me. She wasn't bothered by my anxiety or my long list of questions. She was thorough, educational, and incredibly kind. I am so grateful I found her and that she took the time to truly get to the bottom of what was going on. She ordered tests that no one else had considered and looked at everything from multiple perspectives. She provided several options for next steps, clearly explained each one, and helped create a game plan we both feel confident about. I truly cannot say enough good things about this doctor.

I would give ten stars if I could. The quality of care from front desk to nurses, docs and…read morephlebotomists is second to none. Dr. Amos takes the time to get to know you on a personal level and answers any and all questions. It is so much more than an annual exam - it's the true definition of a wellness visit! Mindy goes above and beyond, answering any insurance or office questions you may have. I will not go anywhere else!

I'm due for an annual now, was notified about it today, and have to wait three months to get in. the administrative functionality of this office leaves a lot to be desired.

So I was already on bhrt and just needed to continue with a new provider. The female Doctor made a big push for pellets which was not what I'd been on and I had zero interest in switching to an out of pocket minor surgical procedure that would be time release. Daily dosage resonates with me. So I got what I went for, never went back and found a provider who matches what I'd had before. How bizarre to get an automated no reply email today based on one visit 6 years ago. From other reviews, it seems nothing has changed, they continue to heavily push pellets and let's be honest, that it is NOT because it is in the best interest of every patient. It means patients pay directly out of pocket and they don't have to deal with insurance. No regrets that I never went back. From reading revies, it sounds like at least one person on Staff should have been let go as well.

If you find your self needing the services of this fine Doctor-know that you are in the right place, in the right hands. He knows what he's talking about and he and his team are excellent. First I'll start by saying the office can be a bit tricky to find. You need to enter the hospital entrance off the main road and you can get to the building which is well marked with large numbers on the side. Everyone at the office was steller in professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness. They made me feel comfortable and at ease from my very first consult. I have to say I wasn't completely comfortable at first with Dr. James' manner, but I quickly realized that he is an empathetic, caring, kind, attentive, and focused doctor with a sense of humor. This is the doctor you want in your corner.

I came to this practice seeking a compassionate, thoughtful OB/midwife relationship to walk with me…read morethrough pregnancy. I arrived open-minded and hopeful, but after my experiences here, I've decided to seek care elsewhere. I've experienced two pregnancy losses while under the care of this practice, and during an already difficult time, the care I received often felt more one-size-fits-all than individualized. I recognize that this may be influenced by the volume of patients or broader systems within pregnancy care, but for me, it meant that I didn't always feel truly seen or held as an individual with a unqiue history. The midwife I worked with was kind, but on more than one occasion she appeared unfamiliar with important details of my medical history. After experiencing my first pregnancy loss with her, it was difficult to return just three months later and realize she had not reviewed my chart before coming in to discuss my second loss. In that moment, the lack of preparation felt especially painful. Scheduling appointments was also challenging, and after my second loss I waited an additional 45 minutes to see a doctor, which added to an already emotionally difficult experience. After my second pregnancy loss, I was not offered guidance around possible testing, follow-up options, or next steps unless I explicitly asked. Additionally, after an ultrasound confirmed a pregnancy loss, I was told the earliest available appointment for the necessary procedure was six days later, which felt unreasonable and I was forced to complete the procedure at an entirely different practice. I don't share this to place blame, but rather to help others make an informed decision. If you are someone seeking highly personalized, proactive care, especially after loss or if your pregnancy journey may not be straightforward, this may not be the best fit. For those with uncomplicated pregnancies who are comfortable with a more standardized approach, this practice may work well.

I am so glad I found this office and Dr. McCullough…read more I switched offices at 24 weeks because the previous office I was going to I just didn't vibe with at all. I'd seen so many doctors there and didn't connect with any. I knew if there were complications I wouldn't trust them to handle, so thought I should make the switch before it was too late. One day when taking the elevator to that office which is in the same building, the doors opened to the second floor and I saw the bright and shiny CHPG offices and decided that was the place to try. I was matched with Dr. McCullough, who I immediately took to. She was exactly what I was looking for and is exactly the type of doctor I was hoping for. She's kind, sweet, very friendly and personable, and very realistic and practical. I tend to get pretty bad health anxiety, and she is very much a don't worry about it type of girl, which calms me down so much. Her MA, Mary, is equally as amazing. When my pregnancy turned high risk and the MFM doctor said there could be an increased risk of stillbirth, Dr. McCullough reassured me that wasn't going to happen, and took me from hysterical to reassured within half an hour. When I had to be induced earlier she was so calm and unbothered by it, it made me feel much more comfortable. Most recently, when I had to make an appointment because I was spiraling into postpartum anxiety, she reassured me my feelings were normal and my fears were not going to come to fruition. When it comes to my actual delivery, my baby decided she wanted to wait for no one, so the midwife who was checking on me, Lauren, was like you can wait or I can deliver this baby right now. I could tell the baby wanted to come, so i was fine with her delivering, and she was also absolutely fantastic! A huge cheerleader who encouraged me the whole time and made the birth a great experience. I wish there were other situations where people just cheered my name the whole time and told me how great I am, haha! The right doctor makes all the difference. I knew at the previous practice I had that I didn't trust in their providers, and I knew the minute I came to this office and met Dr. McCullough that I was at the right place. I have full confidence in her and she has helped so much with my needless worrying. I am so thankful to have found this office and doctor before the complications in my pregnancy arose, because I think it would have been a much harder experience had I not. Baby is happy and mom is happy, and a LOT of that is due to Dr. McCullough and the other professionals at this office.
