This office is disrespectful to their patients! They ignore their patients. They say they offer telehealth but I was told if I wanted to speak to a doctor I would come to the office, the doctors were busy taking care of patients that did come into the office. I have never been treated so bad by a doctor office... Then they do called fired me cause I got angry! I don't understand how a so called doctors office could care so little about their patients. It's very disturbing how this doctor could let such unprofessional behavior happen but guess the doctor doesn't care either! Beware of this doctor office!! If you don't act the way they think you should act or you speak up! You will get FIRED! And yes they send you a letter firing you! Just don't use them and save yourself the headache of having a doctor you can NEVER GET IN TOUCH WITH!!!

This was a very concerning experience. During our visit, we were initially placed in Room 1 for…read morebasic check-up procedures and instructed by staff to remain there until we were directed to move to another exam room to see the doctor. We were leave our belongings behind in room 1, including over $800 in cash. (The examination room was private and under the office's control, not a public waiting area or lobby.) Within minutes of being moved, when we returned, those belongings were no longer there. What made the situation worse was how the matter was handled. There was no meaningful effort to secure the area, no clear investigation, and our concerns were dismissed. One staff member was dismissive, despite another staff member who was doing our check up confirming that the belongings were seen in the room. We did not receive any follow-up or resolution after contacting by the letter and even we was call in the office regarding responsibility and Compensation for damages. all we get back was unprofessional yelling and screaming from that doctor phone call conversation because we calling for case update information. We also reported the incident to law enforcement, but without cooperation or clear evidence from the facility, the matter was not resolved. In addition, the consultation with the doctor was unprofessional. The exam room door was left open, there was no privacy, and communication was done while the doctor remained focused on a computer screen rather than direct patient interaction, which made the visit uncomfortable. Patients should be able to trust that their personal property is safe during a medical visit, especially when following staff instructions, and that they will be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that level of care and accountability was not demonstrated here. Based on this really worst experience i ever have with doctor visit and never thing this going to happen with my entire family primary care doctor, I would not recommend this office.

A Disgrace to all MDs…read more This doctor Amer Malik lied to me & discriminated against me, just like his staff did. The final act this practice did to me was to lie yet again and then call my husband names. They claimed a letter from a specialist was missing key language they needed to fill out a form for me to keep my job, but they refused to give me a copy of the letter the specialist sent. I got copy of that letter and the language Malik's woman "Fatima" said was missing was in fact in the letter. The doctor had what he needed but lied, intentionally, which has cost me my job, my home-he waited until the 11th hour. Malik-your trifles with insurance manipulation which you openly brag about in front of patients.. good luck w that. But with me- You crosse a line, medically, ethically, and in many other ways. And having your receptionist come outside as if high, screaming profanities at my husband and referring to him as a woman actually captures YOUR true character, and hers. Complaints incoming. Enjoy the pics. Update: I got my letter. So screw all of you. Complaints still incoming. Enjoy the sand.

We had been to the emergency room and told to follow up with a neurologist. The person who picked up the phone would not stop talking over me. To the point of wondering if I was in some sort of AI simulation. Over and over again telling me a referral had to be in her computer to a. Answer my questions, b. Make an appointment (we have a ppo that does not require referrals) and wouldn't tell me where to get one. The ER writing follow up with a neurologist seemed like that would be referring us to neurology. Talked to the ER today and they said they could get me a copy of the records to take to them but had no idea how to get a referral into their computer. The insurance company gave me the same thing VA had: a list of practices. The practice calls them to verify coverage not the other way around. Did she mean authorization? I'll never know. She would not stop talking over me to ask. I can't let anyone I know who needs neurology go into that den of madness. And my misunderstanding of the process I can accept. Not having the skills at the receptionist desk for a call to walk someone through the process in a doctor's office is really not acceptable. They are the interface with the doctors & system. Unfortunately the only other practices in town were 3-4 months out. We have to drive to Tallahassee to be seen. Infuriating.
