Well, after my 1hour and 45 minute wait in the waiting room I was finally called in the back for vitals. The nurse taking the vitals was texting on and off on her cell phone. After that I go and sit for a few more minutes before the Dr. came in. She was pretty rude, and hardly did an examination. Didn't ask much question and did not seem to have read any of my records or notes from previous Dr. Overall I wasted more then 2 hours on this appointment. I most definitely will not return. I wish you luck if you so choose to make an appointment.

The initial Referral appointment/assessment was scheduled and I told the office at the time I was extremely high risk for COVID and that I wouldn't be coming in until this was over. The office said to just postpone until it was over or I felt comfortable coming in. I've continued to postpone because neither my high risk situation or the COVID pandemic have changed. ***Please understand this appointment is for an initial consultation, I'm not even their patient yet*** Today I received a call from Debbie, who works in the office and she proceeded to threaten me with reporting this to my medical insurance in order to attempt to strong arm/force me into the office (not for a procedure but for the initial consultation!). Hey Debbie, ultimately you're trying to get the VA to not provide health insurance to a 100% disabled veteran!!! On behalf of this 100% disabled vet and everyone in the world who is extremely high risk for COVID, Thanks for the attitude and threats on the phone! When I called to ask why I hadn't heard back, I was told that it was my responsibility to call them to follow up. Completely unacceptable. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and their communication skills are awful. To make things even worse, my neurologist -- the one who ordered the MRI -- is now refusing to review it herself and is instead having a physician assistant do it. What's the point of seeing a specialist if they won't even look at your results? Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually cares about their patients and knows how to communicate.

She has hung up on me twice, when I stated I would let Dr Mohamed know that I haven't been to get my meds because he never has any openings and her response was "do you think he will believe me or you? I'm not sure where he found this woman but he needs to open his eyes to the disrespect this woman gives. I am on serious psychiatric medicine and because of her I am unable to get my meds. Prior to this woman being hired, I would come in, pay my co pay and he would call in my meds now all of a sudden he doesn't do that anymore and you have to physically see him now. The in-office staff has been great, but my insurance was not entered correctly. I called their…read morebilling phone number to get it corrected. Their billing department is just "Frank", an Indian who can't communicate in English. I told him I'd call back and get someone who speaks English. I called back and got "Frank" again. He is the only person to talk to, but you can't talk to him. I went back to the facility, and they discovered that one of my insurances was never put in the system at all. They entered it but it still hasn't been sorted out with insurance, but I can't communicate with "Frank" to get it fixed. The in-office staff can't get it fixed and I can't talk to "Frank" ... so they really leave their patients in a bind.
