Be forewarned... Dr…read more Jen Lee is definitely the worst doctor I've ever dealt with. If I could give him negative stars, I most certainly would. A couple of years ago, I had a ruptured tendon in my finger which was improperly diagnosed by the emergency room staff. (They only checked to see if the bone was broken, and didn't advise that there might be other issues.) After a few weeks, my finger was getting noticeably worse, so I returned to holy name hospital in Teaneck, NJ, and was told to see Dr. Lee. After briefly looking at my finger, he rushed me into surgery, and then promptly rushed me out with the most vague prescription to find "a physical/ occupational therapist", without explaining much else. He didn't even explain the difference b/w the two, nor stress the importance of finding a board certified occupational therapist. I had never needed an occupational therapist before, so I wasn't clear on what to even look for. Long story short, my finger is worse off than before the surgery. It still looks and feels horrible, I'm in constant pain and have lost some functionality of it, even after over a full year of occupational/physical therapy. I have dealt with many doctors/specialists in the past, and I have never been treated so poorly as I was with Dr. Lee. Seriously, imo Dr. Lee is a terrible doctor, and an even worse person! I hope this review will keep some of you from making the same mistake I did. Quite frankly, this crackpot should have his licence revoked.

I had a pin placed straight down my pinky to my wrist. After that I had nothing but scruriatiating pain. They put the cast on wrong 2x. I finally had the pin taken out on June 29th. I still have no mobility in my pinky. I am in OT 2x a week and PT 3x a week. Dr. Lee is a Horrible Surgeon. Hand Surgeon My Ass. My Advice I would never have this So called Doctor Operate on you. I regret the day I let him operate on me.

Just a disaster of a location, same as the Closter location. The receptionist was rude and…read moreincompetent. They don't check your insurance until the day before your appointment, so they can't tell you anything ahead of time. I actually just remembered the the one time I went there I asked if I had to pay and the receptionist asked me if knew what I had to pay, of course I don't, I have no idea how they bill my insurance. The receptionist Amanda Occhipinti put me on hold without telling me she was going to put me on hold and I wasn't sure if I was suppose to hang up and call back. Avoid this place.

I've been to NJOS on a few occasions for my knees and recently for wrist. My reasoning was 2 fold;…read moremy insurance was accepted there and I do my best to support good Black professionals and black owned business. Dr. Archer is one of the physician with the group, he good at his craft and yes he's African American. However, each time I've sort him out he's treated me with poor bed side manner, cold & distant . This time around him and his staff really messed up my medical records presenting incomplete & incorrect information to the worker Comp adjuster causing more drama, an attack on my character and denial of my claim. Which means I'm left in excruciating pain with about $2000-4000 bill if I want to get out of pain. I need to get out of pain. I'm a HS Physical Education teacher & a single mother to 2 young girls ( the 2 older can take care of themselves) I'm so hurt and disappointment. I recommend one of my closest friends to Dr. Archer for his knee replacement. I pray I never need one, if so Dr. Keith Johnson will have my business. Archer, I'm not sure if your issue is personality or you don't like Black women or Black people whichever it is you need to work on that because it's unprofessional & it's not soothing. For the office ; pay attention to details, my records sat for over a month while waited for word on the next step concerning my injury follow up treatment, MRI ? or Dr. Lee hand specialist? I feel my whole situation was poorly handled leaving me depressed and in pain with no resolve and no justice
