The endless complaining from Chris hit a plateau and we confronted him. Chris began a diatribe of accusations at the top of his lungs. It was shameful behavior, and we never got past this. Chris gave our $4,000 Jacuzzi away in the deal without consulting us-knowing if we did not get the asking price it was not included. Chris promised $800.00 back to us after the sale for misc items. He never called or paid us. His lack of skills and inexperience cost us and certainly not the happy ending we deserved.
