Prices have always been inconsistent, but this last visit was the final straw. I was quoted $150 for a basic wash after the owner glanced at my Tesla and said it was because I hadn't washed it in a long time. That makes no sense. The car wasn't even very dirty just some dog hair on the mats. Charging more simply because you assume the customer can pay, or because of how long it's been, is completely unreasonable. Customers come to a car wash because their car needs cleaning. That should never be used as an excuse for random pricing. On top of that, the owner's attitude was irritated and unprofessional. He also doesn't seem to treat staff well there are constantly new employees who look inexperienced, which explains the inconsistent quality. I won't be returning. I wouldn't recommend this place if you expect fair pricing or professional service. I've included photos of the car as well, so there's no dispute about its actual condition. For the record, this is the first review I've ever left for any business. I'll leave it here for you no need to thank me.
