Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Most unprofessional business I've run across in years! In July 2024, I…read moretook my father's Subaru down to Diamond from Sautee, GA (45 miles away) and got a wash and detail. I emptied the contents of the car so that the cleaners could clean everything. Before getting out of the car, I pointed out two stains (one on the ceiling above the driver side door and one on the ceiling in the rear seat) and asked they be cleaned. When I got the car back to go home, I didn't notice until I got home that the stains were not touched and the glove box was DIRTY...crumbs etc. They are so busy they miss details. I drove my dad's other car down to wash and detail it and was told they closed for the day. No notice on their FB page of the closing. Oh well. I drove back up to Sautee and waited for another time. Today was the next time I could go down (a few months later...now Feb 2025). I called Diamond to make sure they were open and when they were open. I was told at 9:30 that they were opening about 10:30 or 11 due to the cold weather. I drove down and got there a little after 10:30. I was told they weren't opening the wash/detail until noon. I explained to the woman at the counter that I called after 9 and was told 10:30 or 11. She replied the weather was to blame. I said it was sunny outside and the person told me 10:30 or 11 am. The young woman said the workers weren't coming in till later. Oh....so the workers come in when they want and I guess leave when they feel like it. The young woman got snotty and said "Honey, come back later." I'm not her honey and her rudeness is a fine example of why young people need training to work with the public. I will never return to Diamond again.

I have shown up when there was only 1 car ahead of me and was told they couldn't take care of my car, because I needed an appointment. If that is the policy, it needs to be clearly POSTED up front so people don't waste a trip driving there. For a neighborhood car wash, I expect a decent, no hassle car wash to go to. This is the third time this has happened-and I have come at varies non busy times, during the week. Its not like they are inexpensive or the only car wash in the area.
