Her response to that was to cancel our pool service. Thats perfectly fine will go spend thousands with other companies that will appreciate our business and care for our pool. I said 80 dollars per week plus chemical. That's right so 1 and 1/2 months. I paid over 1000 dollar. it gets better. I came home and they left pool chemical spilled all over and left it. The same day I saw the pool cover rolled up standing next to the tote it's stored in. The most horrible smell you couldn't even walk on the back patio. My son and I un rolled the cover cleaned it, dried it and rolled it and put away properly. There were debris and leaves floating in the water for the pump to suck up. We fished this out as well. I called and complained. I was told it wasn't their policy to clean covers before putting away. It wasn't their policy to clean up there messes of spilled chemicals or to get debris out of the pool. So much for their just swim program. Beware these guys are liars and crooks.

Hired to replace pool liner, skimmer and coping. Paid his required 75% deposit on 4/5/24. Started…read morerepairs 4/16/24. After many attempts to contact he didn't return until 5/10/24 on 5/11/24 promised to complete job by 5/21/24. On 5/24, after initial installation of liner, the contractor who is building the deck came and spoke with Mr. Smiley about the concrete that was removed to install the new coping, which had not been replaced. Mr. Smiley informed me that the concrete needed to be replaced or my pool could collapse. Without the questions asked by the contractor building the deck Mr. Smiley was not going to tell me about the consequences of not replacing the concrete. He promised to "make it right" and said he would be back 5/24/24; he has not shown up and will not answer his phone or return texts. Mr. Smiley is unreliable, does not communicate and is not a man of his word. Do not hire his man.

By the time I realized they weren't going to help me, everyone (including Brett) was booked solid. Fortunately, after hearing what happened, he took pity on me and squeezed me in. He did more in one visit than the last company did in 6. In just a few visits, the pool completely changed from a deep algae green to bright blue. Brett is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and fairly priced. More importantly, he's reliable! He showed up when he said. He kept communication open on timelines. I called the first week of April to get on their schedule early. Charles started work on Thursday 4/25. After showing up without notice very sporadically and spending most of the time sitting in a rented van in my driveway, I began calling asking for an end date for the cleaning. I wasn't seeing any progress. Ashley gave me the same story every time I called, "just a few more days" "mid next week" and now "it should be done by Monday (Memorial Day)." As you can see from photos - there was zero progress. Pool is still deep green and totally unusable. It's now been four full weeks of the runaround and I'm left scrambling to find another company that can fit me in. I missed out on memorial weekend and had to change my guests' plans. I'm several weeks behind schedule and of course they waited until everyone was booked up, so now I will have to wait several more weeks. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe it. Every time I go in my backyard and see my festering green pool, I feel sick. I wish I had started with a new company rather than trying to remain loyal to the vendors the previous home owners used. I took his advice and within minutes, this company text me some options while keeping in mind I had a budget. What is better is they are going to come right back out next week and install my new cleaner. I am pretty excited to finally be done with old issues from an inherited pool.
