Unfortunately I had travelled home so could not take it back to this garage. The garage I did take it to said that it had been very poorly fitted and it was leaking at every joint. They had to remove it and completely re fit the whole system. I think I can totally say that the guys at PG Autos fit this bill exactly! I discovered them a year or two ago when I needed a new clutch for my Ford Ka , and as it was such a straightforward problem I thought I would ring round to get a few quotes, and I was totally surprised at the results. I got such a range of answers, mainly from £280-£400, from garages all offering exactly the same service! That is except PG Autos who offered to do the job for £180, a total bargain. Since then my whole family go to PG Autos for our MOT's and anything else that needs fixing and they always go out of their way to get you the best deal. It is great to have a mechanic you can trust!

My Nan had a puncture, they came out, collected the wheel, repaired it and returned it all for very reasonable money. I'm sure if I'd taken the wheel to one of the big national chains I'd have come away with a bill for a new tyre. I know the rates are very competitive, although I'm sure if you looked hard enough you would find someone who is cheaper. I don't bother any more, this is a family run, local business who are simply nice people to deal with.

We came across Steve from Brunel Tryes who's price seemed very reasonable. More to the point there was no messing around we felt he knew what he was talking about and did a good job. We've since bought Tryes and arranged our MOT-service through him the price was excellent we feel our car is safe and properly serviced. Which is what you want when you have a family. Ian and his colleagues at Mi Motors couldn't have been more helpful or efficient in identifying the engine fault in my Land Rover Defender and had me back on the road the following day. I'd already called Arley Road Garage, and R&D Motors to be told the earliest either could look at my car would be 14 and 10 days respectively. I called Ian at Mi Motors and he said bring it in the next day. I did, and later that afternoon received a call from him to say my car was repaired and ready to collect! The price was very reasonable, and Ian kept the faulty hose to show me what had happened. All round, a fantastic level of service! :-)
