Found a wrecked car they have and was looking to purchase the power brake actuator from the car. Gave him the necessary information to look up the car and part. First guy told me 125 from 100. Then he transferred me to someone else which said the part was 600. The car has 30k miles. I was like woah.. hold up I don't know what your smoking but The part is 630 brand new from the dealer and its in stock. I would do your research on current market price on used parts so you don't get ripped off from this company and with my short interaction from them it wasn't very professional. read more

Trying to sell me a tow bar, bracket bumper and the wiring for my truck when all I need is a rear bumper. how hard is it to sell only a bumper? The parts are so expensive there asking price are for the parts cost new at a dealership.$450 is what they were trying to sell to me for . This place is pretty bad. When I called them I said I was looking for a part, they said they didn't have that part. And in the middle of my sentence "Okay and I'm also looking for -" they immediately hung up. I drove there instead and they told me they had my model of car all the way in the back left corner. No surprise they didn't have it and I wasted about 30 mins and running into various spider webs along the way. Do they not keep inventory on their own cars? First experience here and after going to one other junk yard, Dave's had the fuel tank I needed for my 2016 F-150. Customer service at the front from PONCHO was great! Told him the part we were looking for, searched it in their computer and Whala! It was off the truck and in our hands in less than 15 minutes. Price was definitely competitive and they also gave us a 10% military discount along with the 30 day warranty on the part. So far everything is working on the replacement fuel tank and we had no issues on the driveway install. I recommend trying Dave's Auto Wrecking first and if they don't have the part you're looking for, I'm sure they can find another yard that has it. read more

Worst business on the planet.. They'll give you bad part after bad part til your 30 day warranty is up. I gave them my money they gave me 3 bad parts that i had a shop install for $170 x 3. ALLLLLLL 3 were bad. My warranty is up and they will NOT give me my money back.. i left saying "Go buy your wife something nice with my money". My cars not fixed and $990 later im at square 1. I call Dave's and looking for a transmission control module and I talked to manny and I gave him the part number and he send me 4 pictures of the part that he got from a magazine so I asked him how much was the part and he said $3000 and I asked him again are you sure this is the part and he said yes .I trusted this person because $3000 is a lot of money to me .He said their is no warranty on this part and I said it again I am trusting you.so I fill out the paperwork and sent the money to Dave's wrecking yard and he said it will be here in 7 days.When the part got here ,I had to wait a couple of days because the dealership was busy.I took the part in and drop it off on March 3,2023 ,I got a call this morning March 7,2023 and it was the dealership they told me it is the wrong part ,they call GMC and they toldhim it will not work it is for a 2008-2009 it will not work in a 2013 GMC 2500 ,and to top it off the part number on the part that they sent me was 24252363 the part number I told manny is 24256861.I call him when I got the phone call from my dealership and he argued with me that he send the right part ,and I could hear in the background cussing me in Spanish.I was raise in LA and I understand a little Spanish.I took the paper work and pictures and part numbers to my bank to file charges for scamming me for $3000 plus I had to by another part for $3500 ,so right now I am out $6500 and the bank said this looks like fraud also for all the money you put out ,all manny had to do is be honest ,and tell me they didn't have the part. read more

Don't bother. Drove all the way down from OC to pick up parts that supposedly they had. I had spoken with Poncho twice and said they did have them. Including a radiator fan shroud for my truck. guess what? they did have them but were all broken. they also had the radiator I was looking for. all dirty and dusty. I asked the guy how did he know if it leaked. He said " I don't think it does". He lost me right at that point. the same radiator on ebay is 75 bucks, brand new. He wanted $100. I had already research prices previous to my visit. everything I needed was overpriced. So, I decided to get back in my truck and head home. read more

Their Service is very bad, the person that sells that is tall, blonde is very bad and annoys me and their prices are too expensive too.

These guys are friendly. I was looking for a vent louver for the drivers side of my car. Looked it up online and it was 22$. Went here and they wanted to charge me 40$ at first, and then I showed them the price online and then then brought it down to 10$. It was very busy, but Ricardo came over. He was very friendly and apologized for the wait. We took out one vent from a car and he didn't like how it looked, so we went to search for another one and he took that one out and it looked better. So then he said he would give me both vents for 10$. He blew the shattered glass off of the vents and everything. Really good guy. I would go here again for any parts. read more
