Fast forward 3 years and we have successfully bought our first home. Brandi has a wealth of knowledge about the real estate market in Spokane and surrounding area. She can tell you all about the home buying process, common hurdles to watch out for, and what qualities to look for in a home that you may not think of yourself. I learned a great deal from her about the market and knew exactly what to expect because she walked me through every step as they came. Brandi knows the neighborhoods of Spokane and can help you select the area that best fits your needs and price range. She has a helpful feature that notifies you of listings on homes as soon as they hit the market, and fit your preferences. She also has great availability, and is quick to respond anytime you have a question, or if something comes up. You won't regret working with Brandi. She will go to bat for you and make sure you are getting the home you want!

After…read morea less than stellar experience with a different agent that had been recommended to us, we decided to work with Brandi based solely on her reviews. We're so glad we did! Brandi listened to our unique preferences and responded to us very quickly throughout the entire process. Despite our low end budget, I feel like we got VIP treatment. Brandi made the home buying experience as painless as possible by scheduling inspections and quotes for us, making helpful recommendations, and walking us through the process without ever making us feel inferior for our inexperience. She has a super approachable demeaner, friendly, positive, and acts like nothing is ever a big deal, which can be reassuring through the nerve wracking process of the largest purchase of your life! When it came down to a bidding war Brandi really came through for us. She negotiated skillfully, advised us on our options, and always left it totally up to us, with genuinely zero pressure to increase our budget or close the sale. In fact, when I called her up with doubts at one point during the inspection period she literally said "If you move forward I want it to be because you feel 1000% certain that you want this house." I'd trust Brandi with any home purchase or sale in the future. She knows how to advocate for her clients even better than I know to do for myself at times. And that is what makes her an excellent agent.

Jonathan Bich, and his son Brandon, provided exemplary service in helping our family find a home in…read morethe Spokane area. Our son will be a pediatric resident in Spokane, for the next three years. I found Jonathan's professional profile on Google, searching for realtors in the Spokane area. I provided him with our "needs" list, and also provided him with some properties we were interested in. Jonathan said his son Brandon would reach out to me too. We promptly received listings meeting our needs. It was a streamlined list, including properties that recently hit the market, that Jonathan and Brandon felt would fit our son's needs. What we really appreciated, is that Jonathan and Brandon provided listings at or below the sales price we were comfortable with. It came down to two properties that best met our son's needs. However, an offer to purchase, was made by another buyer, which the seller accepted, leaving only one property, that we wanted to purchase, to make an offer. Before we made an offer, through no fault of Jonathan and Brandon, our son decided not to purchase a home at this time. He wants to rent for a while, and get to know the area better. He's moving to Spokane from Seattle. He just graduated from medical school at UW. When our son is ready, we'll contact Jonathan and Brandon, because we know they will do their best to find a home that will meet our son's needs. Our family highly recommends Jonathan and Brandon Bich (pronounced "Bick"), if you are seeking to purchase a home in the Spokane, Washington area. Jonathan is retired from the military. That's another thing our family bonded over as my husband retired from the military as well. Jonathan and Brandon are professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and responsive to their clients' needs. It was a pleasure to work with both of them. We look forward to working with them again, in the future.
