Compared with the previous companies we used, who spoke on the phone with us for 20 minutes at most the entire time, this was a breath of fresh air. Quoting his email to me: "Got a call from Capital Title - they were confused as to why they got another title order for the same property. I told them you were a bargain hunter. Please pay the appraisal invoice I sent you in a previous email. If you don't, I'm expecting bad Karma will overwhelm your life. That would be a shame. :)"
