Tom was not only helpful but also efficient. I had my artwork float-mounted on ivory linen with a walnut frame, and the result was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, due to the weight of the artwork, it did fall inside the glass after delivery, which can happen with heavy, wavy pieces like mine. However, Tom was quick to respond--he came to pick it up right away and, at no additional cost, permanently installed it to the mat as I requested. His professionalism, expertise, and commitment to ensuring the perfect result really stood out. I highly recommend Sureline for anyone looking for high-quality framing. Tom's attention to detail, knowledge, and dedication to customer satisfaction made the whole experience seamless. While the piece was an investment, choosing the high-end finishes and glass was absolutely worth it. I'm beyond happy with how everything turned out. Thank you!
