All he could see was the potential to make money off us, he was not forthcoming about his ability to achieve the goals we initially spoke about. At least he was a gentleman, as much stress and anxiety he has caused us. His broker, however, Wade Brewer, is a toxic person. The only dealings I had with this individual were negative. It became apparent to me why we had such a poor experience with Ryan, and it's simply because Wade the broker is a spiteful, petty man. There are many great realtors and brokerages out there. Protect yourself and do not work with these people.
