He said he'll send his other worker Yucute. He came the next day to give us an estimate and said he can come back in a few days (this week). We were impressed because the other places we called had up to a 3 week wait. Yucute did the work for us yesterday. Our front yard went from looking like the entrance of a haunted house to perfectly pruned/trimmed. Our back yard is no longer like a jungle. We have more work that needs to be done so Pat Landscaping will be the company we go to. We need some ivy to be removed so i can start a garden. Yucute said he can pull all the ivory and put some top soil down for the garden. That's really nice because this is my first time trying a garden and i wasnt even thinking about top soil. We needed someone to come clear our driveway after this week's blizzard, and Lou made it happen…read more His team not only cleared our single-lane driveway deep enough to fit 3-4 cars AND made sure that our utility shed was accessible, they also cleared out space in front of our house for our garbage pails to be collected, and salted all the way around the corner (we have the corner lot), and cleared out a pathway to the crosswalk that heads toward the train station. We hired them to do the driveway. The rest of it was purely pride in the service they deliver. I have never seen such amazing attention to detail in a landscaping/snow removal company before. They're beyond the best I've ever seen - they redefined what "the best" should even be. Lou's team is on our speed dial from now on when snow is in the forecast, and they're probably going to be our new landscapers too! Just fantastic work!

He would be inconsistent with the days and times that he would say he's coming. He started early may and told me my lawn would be looking great, so the kids can go outside by the first week of june. Unfortunately it wasn't. He said the weed killer he used is guaranteed to work and all his work is guaranteed. He didn't even clean the weed or removed it. He just left it there and came back in 2 weeks, when its time to do the lawn. We decided that we felt like he cheated us with taking our money. So we decided to cancel it with him. He tried to tell us that we had a contract with him cutting the lawn biweekly but we never did. He said he was going to check and call back, but he never did. Don't hire him.
