Food is terrible. Wings tasteless especially the habanero more like habaneNO. Cesar salad was worse. What happened to this place when they had at least halfway decent food. Asked for manager with one of the runners but he never came to our table. Waiter Emilio was awesome. Only other thing good is the half price games. I will eat at the Yard House or next store at the other close restaurants before I come bring my kids to play games. Recently went to Dave & Buster not once but twice in a row! Loved that as a wheelchair user I was still able to partake in the arcade ambience. Although not all games were accessible there's still plenty to chose from. Food was good definitely great options! Their boneless wings were super delicious also their cauliflower appetizer. What I really loved that for sure made me feel included was the fact that they had counter height tables which is what I need as a wheelchair user. Can say we will be back again to enjoy the arcade games and maybe some football games as well. read more

I've been to this outlet a couple of times and it's really not good. The final straw for me was this: attended a birthday party of my son's friend. The kids played games for two hours while the adults chit-chatted over greasy food. At the end of the night, my son had a bunch of tickets on his card and wanted to get some of the prizes. His card said he had more than "9000 tickets" so he picked out a nice prize. When he went to pay for them, the employee said that a machine had broken and awarded my son illegitimate tickets. His manager came over and erased 6000 tickets. You should have seen how sad this made my kid. I told them THEIR malfunctioning machine isn't MY kid's fault, but they didn't care. How do you do that to a little kid? He thought he'd had a great night and won a nice prize and then they pulled the rug out from him. And they clearly didn't care. We won't be back and we'll be sure to tell everyone we know to avoid this place. read more

Wow, lots of low reviews. I should have read em b4 coming here. The quality has really dropped. The food tasted horrible. Fries were cold, nachos looked poor. Fish chips and salmon were tasteles and greasy. Alcoholic drinks were weak. Drank 3 long island and didnt even get a buzz....nothing. games were a rip off. Not the fun time we wete used too. The business manager commented on my review and stated to contact them, I haven't been able to contact them in months? I'm a frequent customer there and I spend a lot of money there. My son had 750 credits to redeem and nobody including supervisor didn't know how to transfer points to card. Let's say my 10 year old son was disappointed which ruined my night. Food is underwhelming. The milkshake is ice cream, not a a shake so that was disappointing. You'd think for their premium pricing you'd get your money's worth but the flavor profiles aren't anything special to that of your local fast food place. Save your money. Just got here and we're playing various games. Fun!!! A lot of parking, clean restrooms, and nice staff, but not very friendly. Hannah and I are trying to keep up with the testosterone boys!!! Not eating this time, but we'll return for the food next time. We've eaten at the Dave & Busters in California so we know what to expect. As I was leaving, three girls dressed for the club scene; one had on an extreme my low cut blouse-ok for a club, but not Dave & Busters where children are allowed. Terrible table service. Just wanted a iced tea and order of fries for a snack. Got a table right away. Three different staff delivered to my table. Good right? That's when it went bad. First time coming to this location since it open, love this time spent about 160 for 3 of us to play games for 3 hours so not cheap but very clean. All the games worked no isses with any of them. Great music. Full bar and restaurant didnt eat or drink so only can say lools good. read more

So Dave & Busters isn't gourmet food. Actually the food isn't that great. It's ok. But here it's about having fun. There were a decent number of kids, but it didn't feel over run like a Chuck e cheese. It seemed more adult oriented than main event. We bought a card to play games. They were running a promo that gave you 250 tokens for $30. That seemed good. The games are basically the same as other places but not packed with kids, and you can carry your drink with you. There was a counter selling beer and jello shots, fun. We sat at the bar and had good service. The beer and drinks are priced quite reasonably. Finally the games were pretty generous with the tickets won and get this, the prizes were actually decent. We picked up a couple of D&B pint glasses and still had tickets left over for next time. That's quite the step up from the rubber snake I got at Chuck e cheese..... We had a great time. It would be a fun place to come with friends. read more

Weak steak game. Ordered the shrimp and steak pasta only to have to send it back 3 times. The steak was ordered medium-well, however every time it was brought out it seemed to be more cooked. Although the service was great, our server was wonderful, having to wait for plate after plate was highly inconvenient. My date had already finished his plate during the second try of mine. Our appetizer came our quickly. Perhaps we were expecting something different. The tots were over loaded with cheese causing them to be soggy very minutes after we received the plate. Everything else besides the food was good. Games are fun. The place was a little packed, but that is to be expected as it just opened. Hope to have a better dining experience next time. read more

And when I told them about this, the manager said she couldn't do anything qbout it. That if I wanted to change it I had to pay the difference in drinks because it was happy hour was over. I'm not happy, because first impression is not good. Don't care about their customers. The only reason I'm giving a 2 star is because they didn't care about keeping a customer. Overall experience was great. Even though it was the grand opening we were seated right away. The hostess was polite and our server excellent. We order the mountain o' nachos and pretzel pizza bites. The nachos say it serves up to 4 but really its for 2. Good portion size and quality of food was good. The pizza bites were very fulfilling. First time at this Dave and Busters location. Came in specifically for the all you can eat wings on Thursday football night. The environment is really good, huge TV's that played several sporting shows. All TV's appeared to be working. Kinda annoying that music is playing much higher than the main game. The service was average in time from entering the front doors to the time of actually speaking to a server. The bar area was clean and the seats were very comfortable. No wobbling chairs or tables, can't stand that. The meal was less than desirable. The first portion of 8 very small boneless wings came in a paper boat with a small amount of fries and a side of ranch. Don't expect much in flavor since they only offer Hot and BBQ. The first order tasted like old wings but the second order had fresh wings and fresh fries. Both orders were inconsistent with the amount of sause on the wings. Some had sause and some did not. The refills as expected arw very slow to be delivered. The server kept up with orders and drink refills. The price of $19.99 includes a $10 power card. This would be equal to about three games. Me and my friends were there last night and they gave us a 40 min wait, we decided to be at the bar while we waited and the bartender took forever to notice us and ask us what we wanted. After 20 min of being at the bar they announced that they were already closing. So why did they even have us waiting if they knew they knew they'd be closing before we could get a table. You know what your are getting when you go to David and Buster. Unfortunately my experience was no where as my experience with their locations in San Antonio and Dallas. I was a fan of the Dave and Busters in Austin so I had high expectations. Let me just say that I am greatly underwhelmed! The level of service at this place was vastly inferior to what I've received at other D&B franchises. Horrible management, they did not let me order a beer even after I showed my Mexican passport (WE LIVE BY THE BORDER) and a much poorer variety of arcade options. Greatly disappointed! I don't think I'll be coming back here, I can't even get a beer... rather go to Europa Cuisine down the street. read more
