These guys not only know how to sell they have the back end infrastructure in place to make sure everything online and social media is properly presented professionally. A professional photographer took the pictures and even took drone shots. They are professional, prompt, accommodating, and just down to earth. We discussed price range in the beginning then my wife and I settled on somewhere within that range because it was what we felt was reasonable. We listed our home, had an offer the next day, countered then agreed with a buyer the second day. Our house closed and the new owners took possession approximately three weeks from the day we listed it. We were actually already moved to Missouri at closing so we did all of the paperwork via email and Fedex. Vince and Courtney have built a fantastic team and business model and we highly recommend them to anyone. Jeremy and Jennifer Pendley
