The interior of the building is very nice looking and offers a comfortable atmosphere in an uncomfortable time in people's lives. They dressed the body very well, i've been to other funeral homes that did an awful job, but it's pretty clear that at Beezer Heath they put care into what they do. The staff here was very professional and also very friendly, one of them made small jokes with my grandmother in an attempt to cheer her up and i think she really appreciated that. I have no experiences with other homes in the area, so i have no one to compare these guys with, but they did a very good job.

We had graveside services and when we arrived there was nothing there but a hole. Apparently they forgot what time the service was. We had to wait for them to get things ready. In their haste they dropped her flowers and broke them into pieces. Fortunately, there was another funeral that day and they replaced her flowers with theirs, no charge!! And it went downhill from there. There was no apology. They said we arrived too early. When I asked what time it was they said 10:58, our service was at 11:00. They also said I expected too much which I replied the ashes and the flowers I paid for were not too much! Never recommend!!
