From the very beginning, with my first consultation, he provided me with invaluable advice regarding what I'm entitled to, things that I could do on my own behalf before I signed a retainer. That really impressed me because most lawyers withhold that information until you sign the dotted line. So, needless to say, I highly recommend the firm of Albert and Albert, for they will make sure that one will be adequately covered medically and financially before settling one's case

I left with the impression she'd agreed to be my attorney -- she told me she would take my case and she explained in depth the cost structure and how to leave a retainer. I needed a couple of weeks to work out the money situation, and when I came back to sign up with her, she never responded to my attempts to make contact. I later called and a secretary told me this is common practice for Ms. Sendlebach -- she will charge you for a consultation and then ghost you if she decides she doesn't want to take the case. Honestly, I feel scammed out of $650. She could have just said she wasn't taking new clients and I would have gone elsewhere. Or if she said during our conversation that my case seemed too complicated for the time she has open, I would not have continued sitting there talking to her about my case. This is a very stressful time in my life, and I would not recommend using Ms. Sendlebach until she changes her policies.
