I do really miss their "old" staff.. Joey and Itxchel were wonderful, knowledge and always brought and offered a sense of calm. I truly hope their well. The current staff seems less knowledgeable and their energy well a lot less calming. I really hope the shop figures out their personnel in the new year. There are tons of incense, statuettes, tarot cards, candles, and essential oils. They also got an abundance of herbs and books. Psychic readings are also offered, although they didn't have a list of who is reading and what days they're in. I felt kinda bad because there wasn't anyone in the store when I got here...I remember the North Park store would always have at least 5-7 customers regularly. Also parking is scant in this area. Right in the middle of Hillcrest in San Diego lies a great, not so little, mystical shop. They have a large selection of just about everything they carry, from gems and crystals and clothing to jewelry and all sorts of mystical gifts. The lady behind the counter also carries a wonderfully peaceful vibe with her, and was very helpful and curious, adding to the overall experience. Pricing is a bit on the high side, but remember they are in a large storefront in the Hillcrest part of San Diego, no cheap rent here. But as opposed to buying your gems or crystals online for less, here you get the hands on experience which counts for a lot when buying such a stone or gem. Plus the atmosphere inside the store is peacefully mystical and refreshing break from all the high energy bars and restaurants nearby. Definitely worth a visit when you're in the neighborhood.

I visited on St Patrick's day, and there was a discount on all green crystals, which was super cute. Unfortunately, the bracelet I got that day broke within 3 months of wearing it. It's my go-to shop for incense, oracle cards, and similar gifts, especially around the holidays.
