From the admin staff to the nursing staff to the physical and occupational therapy teams to all their associate staff, they treated each patient with a personal interest in their well-being. Whst's more, they were always available 24/7 to meet your every need. I have never experienced the quality of care as I received at Petaluma Post-Acute Rehabilitation. Obviously, I highly recommend both the establishment and the totality of its staff should you ever require the many types of post-acute services they provide.

Her office was a little hard to find at first (it's upstairs). She's done such an amazing job with her office space. It feels private, welcoming, clean, & safe. Having stage 4 endometriosis means I have pain daily. Whenever I have an appointment with Cassidy, she not only teaches me ways to calm my nervous system but she brings my pain level down. She is easy to talk to, professional, & she has become an integral component of my care team as I battle endometriosis. I don't have any children but if I did, I would go to Cassidy for pelvic floor PT. She knows what she's doing!

My 90 year old father arrived in the early evening after having had a fall. The night staff was…read morehorrible. As soon as my father arrived, the LVN, who was sucking on a lollipop the whole time, told the family to leave the room for a skin check. It took him and three CNAs to hold down my father and completely terrorize him in an effort to look at his skin. I can't imagine a routine procedure done with less care, sensitivity or competency. We're so grateful he's out of this place, traumatized, but out. In fairness, the day staff is likely better, but the night staff needs far more training in professionalism and care practices for the vulnerable elderly.

After reading some reviews I was extremely hesitant keeping my dad here specially since I've experienced other SNF facilities and their lack of communication with me in the midst of transitioning my dad up here with me in Petaluma but this facility has gone above and beyond for us, I am extremely grateful. The place looks a little run down I do admit, but looks like it's kept very clean. Regardless of that, the staff is so caring and kind, and they really show you how much they care, they constantly updated me about my dad's care and accommodated our requests so graciously and without hesitation. I know I can be pushy sometimes specially when it comes down to my dad's care but the nurses and directors always took the time to address and validate my concerns. From intake to our final class, the staff made sure that the scheduling process was a breeze, and that visits did not fall short of expectations. They have an excellent staff dedicated to your child's development, and the office is pristine. Not just clean; very well kept. I noticed that there wasn't one tear on a book or broken toys. They put lots of effort into upkeep, knowing well that toys and books can take a beating with younger kids. East Bay Child Development Center has terrific speech therapists and therapists specialized in helping in all other types of child development, including but not limited to physical therapy, etc. We went through 2 different speech therapists and 1 or 2 therapy students which was a little harder for our son to grow accustomed to because it would take him awhile to warm up (which I've learned isn't unusual for any development therapy center), but each therapist tried their absolute best to ensure they were giving him the utmost care and attention.

They failed my son years ago when he was younger because they said he was not ready for speech when I just changed my insurance to get accepted to come here. Now he's 12 years old saying he's not a good fit. Shame on you to say that to me. You can't discharge him that's illegal. My son is trying with his speech and he has rights in California to receive speech therapy any age. Discrimination by the ability, then age, what's next because his sister running around the office and also I was on the phone? For that lady who spoke with me today over the phone couldn't wait on me. And making me feel like I was being fired from the job, she sounded rude and said my daughter was running around the room and I was speaking loud on the phone so the excuse to fail my son. Then changed her words saying he's not a good fit and he runs fast and wants to push the kids. She needs to find more excuses for her to dismiss him. You don't know how hard and challenging to be a mother of autistic kid. I finally thought I have him his speech going and then you locked me up like shutting my mouth. Go see if your speech therapist is the one who has the problem. She too lazy to give speech therapy or has a lack of skills. This is Shameless and discrimination.
