Shred it used to be AWESOME. They were recently bought out and I have had nothing but issues with…read morethem. I wanted to simply schedule a bulk shredding on top of our bi-weekly schedule. You can no longer call a local office, so I was routed to somewhere across the country where I talked to one person that hung up on me 3 times, one person who said I needed to talk to someone else and transferred me to a voicemail (after repeatedly asking not to be transferred to a voicemail as I had now spent over an HOUR trying to get this schedule), and one guy whom I had asked to talk to a manager, so he put me on hold, came back 5 minutes later telling me he was still waiting, and when I asked how long it would be he said "I don't know, they've been in meetings all day." When I asked if his intention was to leave me on an indefinite hold he responded with "well you were the one who asked to speak to a manager." I finally had someone reach out and schedule the shredding, and guess what....they DIDN'T SHOW UP. So on our next scheduled bi-weekly shred (which happened to be the next day), the bi-weekly maintenance guy was kind enough to dispose of it box by box on his truck. He was the best part of the entire experience. Overall their service has been POOR with the new company. I'm sure if I could work with my local branch things would be 1000% better, but since the new company insists on sending us out of state for ANY request, I'm sure the service will continue to be poor.

Regularly I get other people's mail in my box, which makes me wonder how much of mine I never get because it went into someone else's box. I have had packages that they sat on for a month because they never put a notice in my box to alert me that I hadone behind the counter and have had packages that tracking shows they were delivered but owner could never find and all he would do is shrug his shoulders and say "I don't know." Never an apology or anything. Have always paid for 6 months at a time for box rental and suddenly this last time with no warning it was increased to a full year. Unlikely that I will renew when the time comes and I have been renting a box here for nearly 30 years.
