This location can be incredibly crowded so expect to wait a while before getting your order on. I've probably been waiting 15 minutes on average, with or without pre order (priority line). When you're craving a new tv-set, a computer or a gadget of respectable size I recommend the Fruängen location which has free, always available parking, is less crowded and also pretty boss. And then they don't prepare your order! You can't get order status online. And again, they don't pick up the phone ... I had to wait 10 minutes outside and another 15 inside to get my order. So I am not really sure what this place is for. Ordering online and picking up is barely faster than ordering elsewhere and takes far more of your time.

Even though I had given ALL the information to Apple, I had to tell them everything again :/. They have no access to your support ticket even though you are told to give them thd ticket number. If they are authorized by Apple, why not have them using the same system? All in all, my issue was not resolved and I ended up sending it to Apple a month later. This place is okay for purchases maybe but I'd stay away for Apple Watch support.

But during some maintennace work my son managed to distroy his card with a screwwdriver. We therefore had to buy a new card. Given the good support we have had so far we went to Inet at Sveavägen, and the advices we got was really helpful. If you don't have perfect knowledge about the PC- market and the products, my advice is that you to go to Inet and let them guide you to the best products for your needs. As long as they keep their service level this high I will buy my stuff at Inet and not look for just lower prices anywhere else.
