Never again will I set foot into this office. I am not sure what has been going on lately, but this…read morelast visit, and even the days leading up to it were a disaster. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:15 and three days before, I get the usual confirmation email but it said 10:15. They had changed my time without letting me know. I called to make sure and sure enough, they had because they were overbooked. When I complained, all the girl on the phone could say was, "Well you got the e-mail didn't you?" No need to be rude, but it seems over the past few months the front office staff has gotten progressively worse. The day before my visit I got a call asking if they could push it out almost a week or two. Absolutely not. I had called in a left a voicemail for a call back because my meds for depression and other issues were not working, and they wanted to push it out two weeks? Absolutely horrendous to even suggest so! So I ended up with an appointment another hour later at 11:15. Upon arrival I just had a gut feeling that it was not going to be a good visit. Call it anxiety, call it instinct. I was right. The triage nurse took my vitals and BP and she was still the same sweet caring lady I had always dealt with. I got put into a room and waited for some time and a lady I had never seen or dealt with before walked in. She ended up being Robin, the nurse practitioner. My appointment was made for Dr. Dasher, not his nurse, and never was I told things would be switched around. I felt very uncomfortable talking about my mental health and other issues with a complete stranger, especially since I had already built a great relationship with Dr. Dasher, who knew me and my conditions very well. It was clear she didn't bother reading over my chart and didn't look at past meds, because she kept suggesting meds I had already been on that didn't work. The breaking point for me that sent me over the edge was when she suggested a drug that I had been on that was highly addictive and made me suicidal to the point that I had actually tried to take my own life while on it. At this point I could have cared less what she was going to try and prescribe because I felt like I couldn't trust a word she was saying. There will not be any follow up appointments for me at Tri-Care Family Medicine. Hopefully I can find another doctor in the area that genuinely cares about their patients and has a staff that feels the same way. Next time I will make sure to find a doctor that actually reads my charts and history, and doesn't try to send me out the door with a death wish/note/prescription in hand.

They have the RUDEST staff I have ever encountered. I never leave reviews, but my experience was so…read morebad I made an account just to leave this one!
