I needed to get some large boxes to Fedex. Too big to fit in my car and too heavy for me to lift . They came and picked them up same day. There was an issue with one of the shipping labels. FedEx wouldn't take the box. Long story the driver drove the box back after I got it sorted with FedEx. No extra charge!! Above and beyond service!!! read more

This is a decent post office. The service was fine, but it could be better. I arrived five minutes…read morebefore closing on a Saturday (they close at 12 PM), just to pick up a package that required me to be present. When I gave the older man my tracking number, I mentioned that I'd quickly grab the slip left on my front door in my car to help him locate it faster. He responded, "We are closing in 30 seconds," which I found both funny and unprofessional since I was already inside being helped. What confused me even more was that other customers were still walking in right at 12 PM without receiving the same warning. Despite this, he did retrieve my package, so I appreciate that. However, I'd recommend that the older gentleman maintain a better attitude and provide full customer service, especially when the customer is inside before closing hours. The location was fairly clean, and I've attached pictures of the prices for reference in case anyone needs them.

The lady who told us how the cost was determined led us to believe it would be figured differently than it was. They also did not arrive with adequate equipment- no bins to haul the trash - they threw it out of windows and hauled it to the truck in the apartment complex's grocery carts! They did the job we asked but I think it took longer than it would have had they had the large bins... and we were shocked at the price.
