Don't use these people to manage your property, and don't rent from them. This company has managed the sub-divided house where I've lived for approx. 5 years. Today I am sitting through Day 2 of not having running water because they forgot to pay the bill. It's been a consistent history of the property not being maintained in a safe and clean manner. The electricity to the common areas has been shut off once. The weeds in the yard are approx. 18 inches high today. The front porch is caving in because they didn't bother to clean the gutters last fall. Last winter I didn't have heat in Dec. and the first week of January, it was 45 degrees in my apartment. Came to find out they needed a major boiler replacement. It got so bad the water pipes broke and damaged three of the apartments. They pick bad tenants. The front door was reported as broken out 9 months ago and it hasn't been replaced. Last summer when tenants moved out, no one cleaned the food and debris from the vacant apartment for 3 months. There's obvious things that should be fixed around the property, but I don't have any confidence it's going to happen. read more
