My main gripe with the cafe is how dated it looks. In a Home Maker centre where you aren't shopping for cheap household items, I would expect the cafe to be of a similar standard. Nothing drastic, just a refresh to modernise a little.
Probably home to the largest mug I have ever seen coffee served in. It didn't stop my husband from finishing his though and it was served hot (he has to request extra hot from our usual haunt). He was underwhelmed by his breakfast wrap with a lot of cooked onion for his taste. I think I had the roadhouse burger with added patty and onion. The patty was dry and under seasoned but I hadn't eaten all day so I wasn't too concerned. Watching an elderly man tuck in to his with a knife and fork was a bit sweet. It was quite large!
The price was reasonable; two meals and two coffees for $39. read more
