When I get there, I automatically assume there's a nail in my tire and ask them to plug it. The gentleman checked the tire and told me I didn't have a nail and if I was still having problems- to bring it back. I ended up bringing it back the next day because it sounded like something was in my tire. When I got there, another guy took my car, drove it around the block and then put my car on the lift. It was determined that I had a dent in my rim so they said they would check for rims and call me back. The kicker is - when they put my car on the lift and spun the wheels, whatever was in the tires fell out (not actually in the tire but somewhere in between). I no longer heard a noise- so I told the guy and asked him how much - he was super humble and said I didn't owe him anything because they didn't repair anything. My dealer !!!?? Wanted $250 just to LOOK at it. Because of that one noble gesture - they found a new client in me! I took my Mitsubishi Outlander there today to replace the rear sway bar bushings which were causing the car to make annoying noises when I drove over a bump. After confirming the bushings were in fact the problem Chris ordered the parts and did the job on the same day.
