Had to knock off one star because other younger employee at the desk was unprofessional and not clear with her directions as to where to sit, what to do when taking x-rays (taking jewelry off and wiping down the machine where peoples faces go), also called me to reschedule my appointment and didn't even put me down. My sister went there for a molar extraction and was not given enough anesthesia and sedation. She said she was in horrific pain. She tried to alert the doctor, but he was not paying any attention two her pulling and trying to get his attention. She went through pure HELL!! Later it got infected and then had to endure more excruciating pain. She had to get antibiotics and pain pills from her primary doctor for relief. She was still in pain for like a week, unable to eat or get sleep due to the pain. She paid cash for the procure therefore she expected better service. The anesthesia and sedation did not work and she was feeling the pain. She kept screaming, and kicking and yet MORRIS continued to work on her. SINCE WHEN DO SEDATED HUMANS ON ANESTHESIA KICK AND SCREAM????? SHE LOOKED NOTHING AT ALL LIKE THE PREVIOUS PATIENT WHO WAS AT PEACE, CALM, QUIET. 1.My daughter woke shortly after "sedation and anesthesia" kicking and screaming in agonizing pain. And MORRIS continued to inflict pain instead of administering anesthesia to help her; 2.MORRIS talked almost each other saying something was WRONG, we have to ADJUST; 3.MORRIS were ordering/demanding that she calms down instead of asking and pausing to find out why, after all SEDATED and ANESTHETIZED people are out, not kicking and screaming; 4.MORRIS continued to work without on her despite her frantic kicking and screaming in pain to get MORRIS to STOP; 5.My daughter's weight was not considered until after administering the doses and then laughed at her about her weight; 6.Her pulse instantly jumped from 70 to 180 creating a potentially DEADLY situation. And we still don't know the extent of the damage, since we are too traumatized with severe mental anguish to even discuss it; 15. We are both still waking in all hours with uncontrollable sobbing with disturbing painful recalls and flashbacks; 17. I don't know about her, since we can not discuss it, but I have to force my mind to distract me from that horrific experience to be able to cope; 18. YOU SAY THIS A NORMAL PROCEDURE. I had three extractions taken place today and was extremely nervous given that this was my first time having to undergo a procedure with sedation. But in the end I was nervous for nothing. I have been to Dr. Morris twice for 2 different tooth extractions. Of course I was worried about the process and concerned it would be painful. I was invited in by his wonderful staff and the process before surgery was seamless and comforting. After X-rays I met the doctor who had soothing music playing and was just the nicest person I've encountered. I was numbed and after a couple of minutes he started the process. I felt no pain during the surgery and his assistant was swift with care of my mouth preventing any clogging. Within minutes the doctor asked me "how was it?" My response was "Was! You're done already" he replied "stitches and all". After taking ibuprofen and antibiotics for 2 days I was already playing pickle ball and being active. It was an amazing experience and hopefully I won't have any more teeth extracted, but I'm glad it was under the care of Dr. Morris. read more

WARNING Long Post A month ago I was really in pain. So, I asked our doctor if she can recommend someone that she trusted in doing my case and she recommended Dr. Morris' office. Thus I finally decided to go and see Dr. Morris. When waiting for my turn to see him, I was so scared because it's my first time to see an oral surgeon and consult about my case and when they did my panoramic xray, Brittany and Justin was the one who discussed what's happening with my teeth. Then, Dr. Morris entered the room and discussed further. After all the Q&A's and all the explanations of Dr. Morris, Brittany discussed payment and after that I decided to make an appointment because I needed asap action to extract my wisdom tooth that has been bothering me for years now. Thanked God that Lorelei was able to scheduled me ASAP with my procedure. I really had a very good experience with the team and 1 of my favorite part is when they asked me what song I want to hear to be relaxed:) (I requested for sara bareilles...Hahaha!!!) and the best part is waking up not feeling any pain I'm just soooo happy with the service. I'm not proud, but I HAVE to admit this... My attitude was not wonderful when I was referred to Dr. Morris' office. It wasn't personal--I just wasn't crazy about the idea of being under general anesthesia by a dentist, in a dental office. I'd never done it and I was NOT in favor. Add the fact that my general skepticism of doctors was firmly intact. But I had no other alternative for the extraction of my cracked tooth. My dentist wouldn't pull it, he referred me to the oral surgeon. So there I was, reluctant, not breezy about being in his office--much less in his hands and unconscious. That said, I wasn't a raging bull, showing up rude or hateful to turn the place out. My struggle was more internal, which made me no soft touch. And not smiley at all, but hyper-cautious. Initially, I refused to be impressed by ANY aspect of Dr. Morris' office. I tried to ignore the sensually tasteful, intimate, ultra-pristine decor throughout his suite and the leading-edge equipment and technology I'd never before experienced. All that "stuff" was only cosmetic, I reasoned. But when Dr. Morris entered the room where I was waiting, his presence was gracious and personable. His warm, kind vibe filled the room and gradually faded my inner chilly, defensive wall. His greeting and authentic smile softened my attitude and his gaze was eye-to-eye with mine--something I prefer and respect. As we openly discussed my situation, he wasn't artificially stiff or stuffy, but confidently relaxed. It was Dr. Morris' genuine personal qualities and kind, professional staff that thawed me out. His realness put me at ease mentally, which was a big plus. To my advantage, my outcome was painless, positive, and favorable--physically AND mentalIy. I was able to trust him. I was...I repeat WAS...initially one of his obstinate patients, but Dr. Morris and his staff demonstrated seamless grace and high skills that calmed and comforted me when I needed it. I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted this morning! I have absolutely no pain, all numbing has wore off. I took a preventative Motrin for some soreness. Other than that---- nothing! I am so happy I was able to come and get my work completed with Dr. Morris and his team. They are all great from the front desk staff to the assistants and of course the Dr himself. So the pain and swelling turned out to be two abscess under my left jaw. The staff at the oral surgeons office told me that nothing can be done until Friday when their doctor is back in the office. Glad I didn't wait cause I was border line on infection turning real bad so I checked into Kaiser Hospital to get relief. I'm not blaming the doctor at surgeons office, but the staff definitely was no help on giving me any good information on how to get relief. As I said they just brush my issues off with no care. Still waiting on a call back from them, I guess I'm not worth their time unless I have money for them. read more

Being pregnant in my first trimester, I had a cracked tooth that was infected causing excruciating pain! My dental office had referred me to Dr. Morris' office due to his expertise. I got somewhat of a runaround when I contacted his Menifee office, so I ultimately called his Rancho office and was able to get an appointment two days late for an extraction - the further drive was worth it. From his office staff at the Rancho office to Dr. Morris himself, I experienced professionalism and compassion. I hate dental procedures and Dr. Morris' calm and caring demeanor gave me the reassurance I needed. The shots in my gums hurt more than the extraction itself. I was overdue for wisdom teeth extraction for 4 years, and was fortunate to get appointment very soon with Dr. Morris before the pain got any worse. They were able give me a same-day consultation and extraction, which is definitely not something that most establishments offer. The procedure took around 30 minutes which was so quick. There was very little pain following the procedure, I was well informed on aftercare, and I was even able to talk and eat comfortably by the next day. Dr. Morris is so incredible at his craft!! The office setting is beautiful and his team is very welcoming, informative, and kind. I was really nervous to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and when I found out a bone graph was highly recommended, I got even more nervous and anxious. However, Dr. Morris and his team were extremely comforting and relieving. I was very scared to be put to sleep but overall had an amazing experience and I'm glad I chose Dr. Morris. Pricing was pretty expensive but you get what you pay for and it was definitely worth every penny. I knew I was in good hands and safe. I'm on day 3 after the surgery and still have yet to swell up. Nearly two years ago 88 year old mom had to have emergency oral surgery. Dr. Morris made a special trip to his Menifee office, on a weekend, to treat her. He was kind and gentle with her, and gave her anesthesia so she didn't have to experience the double extraction. We were both profoundly grateful to Dr. Morris.
