He always made my mom and I laugh from the beginning of the appointment until the end. He delivered 3 of my children and I am so thankful to have had him as my doctor. He takes time to answer my questions and I have never felt rushed by him. He has quite a sense of humor but can be very serious when it is called for. I have had many doctors over the years that I have really liked, but Dr. Balis is definitely my doctor soulmate.

Dr Carter has a full service clinic with the ability to do the majority of tests in house! He focuses on adult and geriatric medicine so you will need to go elsewhere for peds or OBGyn, but if you fit into one of the first two, he is the man for the job!! Dr. Carter is consistently recognized for his above and beyond level of care and professionalism, and will go the extra mile for his patients!
