If you're used to "traditional" Swedish or other massages, some of what Roxanne does will be unfamiliar and seem a bit strange. If you can trust that she knows what she's doing (which she does) and experience it, at the very least you will have tried something new but likely, you will feel the benefit. If you don't want those things however - just tell her! She listens well and constantly seeks education on new techniques and healing massage therapy approaches. She also checks in throughput the session to make sure the pressure and other aspects are comfortable and acceptable. Besides that she is kind and generous with her time and knowledge. I called many spas in the area and Lindsay was the only one who went above and beyond to accommodate me. She was very polite, professional, and organized. She was able to find another therapist so she could offer a Couple's Massage as well as find a room that would accommodate both of us. She put up with my many questions, needs, and requirements and was able to meet them. I was extremely pleased with how professional and hospitable she was. The room was very clean, quiet, and inviting with calming spa music playing in the background. Lindsay was the massage therapist for my boyfriend and he said it was one of the best massages he's had in a long time. She was able to find points in his body that needed more attention without him having to tell her. Not only was Lindsay able to help me surprise my boyfriend with a Couple's Massage, she was also able to provide an excellent experience for him as well.
