I placed my order online for a dozen roses and received a confirmation email. The only snafu was that I got an email the week before my flowers were to be delivered saying they had been delivered! I emailed them and they quickly emailed back to say the email was mistakenly sent. I did not receive a confirm email when they were actually delivered but heard from my family about it. It was a lovely arrangement of pink lillies and white roses, a small amount of greenery. What was delivered was not even close to the picture of what we ordered. What was received was some pink roses, cream roses, a few gerber daisies, and a large array of filler. I called and spoke with Becky, who was arguementative and not a very nice person. We do not want our money back. We simply want what we ordered, or at least something close to it. Becky suggested going back and picking up the flowers from my husbands grandmother, and then "when" they actually had the right flowers, they would deliver the correct flowers. You want to take flowers from my husbands grandmother??! Horrible customer service. We wont be ordering from this business in the future.

The next morning I received a phone call from the florist asking to call them back, which I did around noon. They stated they could not do a standing spray for the price that was listed on their website, but they could do a flower basket. They claim they do not set the prices on their website. I told them that I should get what I paid for on the website and they said they could not do it for that price. So being that I needed that floral arrangement at the funeral service later that day, I had already paid, I went ahead with the flower basket. This felt like a classic bait and switch and I highly recommend people stay away from this establishment.
