She told me to bring Ruby in at 8:30 the next morning Kathrine was friendly and professional. She answered all my questions. The next day I took Ruby in. They had her in the system and knew exactly what to do. It costed 40 dollars which my brother thought we fair . They called me when she was ready to be picked up. She had a great haircut and she had a couple of purple how's and a bandana, which I felt was a cool touch. The ribbons didn't last long at all . My brother asked me to take a pic before she pulled out the bows . Too late. I recommend Dip and Clip to folks in the neighborhood who want to have well groomed dogs for a reasonable fee.

The older woman constantly had a comment and mishandled my dog. My dog is generally calm tempered but when she is not feeling safe she may react. I took her to this groomer for the first time and they called me several times because they did not seem to know how to handle a big dog. The guy was pretty nice but the older woman was extremely rude. My dog was not completely done with services and the older woman kept asking me to pay, while the 2 other groomers were so calm and stated that I should not pay until the services are complete on their end. I tried to give feedback and the owner stated that I need to go somewhere else. They didn't even bother to clean my dogs ears.

She was very thorough in grooming my dog. He is a pit bull so I forewarned her that he hates getting his nails trimmed but needed it. She did a great job and mentioned that my dog had no problem and behaved well. I picked him up a few hours later and he was happy, smelled great and had a cute green handkerchief around his neck. She also brushed his teeth. For all of the services provided (brush and bath, nail trimming and filing, and teeth brushing) she gave me a very reasonable price and treated him well. We will be back.

When I picked her up, she smelled good, was clean, her nails had been trimmed slightly, and she had a cute little lei around her neck. She did not seem to be mishandled in any way. Now I don't care for the partition that disables the view of my dog being cared for. I made an appointment for 10 AM and it took a total of an hour and a half for her shampoo, nail trim and ear cleaning. I'm not sure if she had to wait. But I do not like that I was not invited to stay. When I dropped her off, it was her first visit there so I was expecting some eye contact/smiles friendly feels... however, I did not receive those. It was more of a business. "OK I'm going to take your dog and I will call you in an hour or hour and a half. Fill this out." so the vibe did not feel friendly per se. When I picked her up and was given a receipt, there was an option to tip, but I don't know why I would tip if I wasn't able to view her being taken care of. The last thing I wasn't very happy with is that I believe that they could have trimmed her nails a little bit further they were very very similar to what they were when I dropped her off. They also did not file them down so they are very jagged... I will have to do that when I get home. I don't believe that we will be returning.

I was on the lookout for a new dog groomer for my 10 year old schnauzer, Simon. [Hold for applause]…read more I was disappointed with my last pet grooming experience and was looking for an established, reliable, and affordable option that I could trust. As an admitted helicopter dog dad, being able to trust the pet groomer to whom I'm going to leave my boy is paramount. When I found Bath House Pet Grooming & Spa online I was hopeful. After my first experience there I am overjoyed to have found it! Making the appointment was easy. The lovely lady worked with my schedule and was clear in the drop off times and how things work with the first appointment. So, when the day came Simon and I piled into the car - Simon is a terrible driver, FYI - and made the 30 minute drive to the Beaches. One wrinkle that I was not aware of was but later very much appreciative of was that they only admit one dog into their business at a time. It allows them to keep order, eliminate unauthorized escapes and to make sure there aren't any skirmishes between doggos. [and yes, there was a clearly marked sign I missed] Once it was our turn we were greeted by a lovely young lady who took our information, checked our vaccination documents - Simon's were good but mine are out of date - and asked how I wanted Simon cut. I showed her a picture and she took a picture of it then scooped up my boy and they went to work as I walked out. Four hours later I got a text message saying Simon was ready. Once arrived, I walked in and was once again greeted warmly and paid while they fetched my boy. The cost was wayyyy more affordable than where I went last time and was even less than I expected. When they brought out Simon I was so impressed. They did a fantastic job! As we were abut to leave it dawned on me that I left his harness and leash in my other vehicle and would have to carry him to the car. The woman behind the counter offered me one of their leashes to walk him to the car. I declined since I'm used to carrying Simon on occasion and we left very satisfied. Simon's reception upon waking in the door at home was excellent. We are so very happy with everything. When the time is right we will definitely return. After the whole experience I have absolutely no problem driving 30 minutes for a wonderful experience. Established. Trustworthy. Affordable. Professional.
