And while it was minor accident... no injuries, my airbag didn't deploy, her child was in car seat, thank goodness. My poor car had a jacked bumper, hood, quarter panel & light kit. Communication was excellent. I dropped my car over the weekend so called them Monday morning. They explained the insurance estimate process to me. And everything went smoothly. Seriously, I emailed them with questions and they answered promptly... I can't even get that sort of response time from other offices, much less a mechanic.
