My friend used this facility this weekend and it was filthy when we got there. I did not get pictures of everything. The floors were filthy and had to be cleaned before we could even set up, there were garbage cans full of garbage, the place stunk, lights weren't working (making it dangerous as the porch light was one of them), and an entire slew of other things. Not to mention the people that run this place are unprofessional, and rude. I normally don't post pictures of toilets but I am posting this a warning to all consumers to NOT use this facility. Toilets were filthy, I tried to find something to clean them with and there was nothing, so I got my own supplies and cleaned them. Yes, some of it was stained but most if it was someone just being lazy. I should have also taken pictures of the bathroom sinks that were brownish yellow too....funny they were white after I cleaned them.

The bigger studio has a drop down projection screen which was perfect for our lecture style workshop. There is also a cafe that is connected to the building which has super delicious food! One day I ordered a chai tea which they personally brought over to me in the studio. I can not stress enough how positive my experience was renting at Breathe Building! Inside, they kept the old basketball maple floor but surrounded it with a faux slate porcelain tile in a running bond. The old windows look out, with plants overflowing below inside, house front. They put some thought into the sound system. In some ways the inside design works, but there are flaws. The good, preserving the old walls & windows, reconstructing wall shapes with plaster lath, using colonial banisters. The bad, unnecessarily mixing lighting fixture eras - 60s orbs with art deco and Chinese-made LED car lot string bulbs - are you serious? It is a good beauty spot to rent for your event. It's upstairs, so check on alter-able access.
