Every dish we had was inventive and so very tasty (even the unique ingredients such as foie gras that I usually very much dislike - I loved!) Ambiance was very nice, a quaint space set at a hotel & vineyard. We got the tasting menu (very reasonable price vs. the amount of food they give you). My boyfriend got the Earth and I got the Tradition tasting. It was very kind of them to allow us two different types of tastings instead of requiring just one for both of us. I'm not sure it matters if I tell you some of my favorites, as they likely change the menu frequently, but the rabbit & egg dish; asparagus soup with ink fish (squid?); the onion with onion ice cream, the beef & mushroom are making my mouth water as writing this. I will be back to this region. I will be back to this restaurant. I may fly to Italy just to eat here. THAT'S HOW GOOD IT IS.

It's hidden in an alley but it's worth the dig. You can test out some flavors before picking one, I forgot the name of the flavor of gelato I got but it tasted like a ferrero rocher :)
