I texted esther yesterday and she was able to get me in today. She is right down the street from me. She had a heated table, relaxing music, and gave me the ability to turn my head to the right. I used to go to a chiropractor. He would immediately press his thumbs into my sciatic. I would come off that table. He would pop my neck and I hated it, once it hurt for a few days after. I won't lie, 30 years of having my shoulders up around me ear was not easy to work out. Esther also told me that I walk on the outside of my feet which isn't helping my sciatica.
