Looked at my charge on my card and was surprised that I was charged $35.00 more than agreed upon. Called to see what the charge was for and was told holiday fee ( mother's day weekend) and delivery charge. Was told they have to pay their drivers and no one wants to deliver because of Covid-19. I agreed to it since they were already ordered. My Sister calls to thank me for the flowers but says the card is a Mother's Day card. I called the florist spoke to the same lady as yesterday to advise of the mistake and she said oh yeah that was me that did that. At this point I mentioned the delivery charge again and that I also ordered flowers from another florist not far from her for my Mother for Mothers day and their delivery charge was $8.00. She then got so confused had no idea what I was talking about told me they don't deliver to the town my mother is in. Which caused me to get aggravated and she told me I was being aggressive. Clearly she can't handle stress.I paid way more than I expected and the card was wrong but I am the one in the wrong. Thankfully the Flowers were pretty. Hopefully local people have a better experience with them.
